How to survive day one of the Spring Break Seminar

CT&D fully realizes that day one of the Spring Break Seminar can be a bit stressful. The biggest issue of the week is the pressure to complete a project. On top of that, you have to work in a minimum of three workshops but really would like to attend them all out of curiosity even though they don't really apply to your project, but have no time, because, once again, there is pressure to complete a project. WHEW! By now, day one is over, you are heading into the homestretch of day two, you have complete focus for working day three and total confidence that your project will be ready on time for the showcase on day four. You have survived!

What insights and advice can you offer to next year's participants to help them get over the initial "What did I get myself into?" feeling? How did you gain your focus for working day three? What aspect of the Spring Break Seminar has provided you with the confidence that you will be ready for the showcase on day four?
